Patch to import new upstream release

This patch update the package to the latest upstream version which contains=
 the
patch reported here [1] applied. Unfortunately, the upstream maintainers di=
dn't
bump the python module version when preparing the last release [2]. Due to =
that
I just bumped the PORTREVISION version, is that ok? I'll bring their attent=
ion
up to this.

Moreover, I applied the patch reported in [1] to runtime depends on py-dist=
ro
when running on python 3.6.
