Well... yes and no.  Sun's will never have PS/2 mouse & keyboard.
Perhaps we need to have sys/conf/NOTES.<blah> for things shared by
more than one platform, but not all.  Then sys/{arch}/conf/Makefile can
assemble LINT from all the right pieces.
