It's in "ports/textproc/p5-HTML-Format/".  The module name is
"p5-HTML-Format".

If it's not there on your CVS server, can you give more information on
what CVS server you're using, what access method (anoncvs, CVSup, cvs
from local CVS repository) and so forth.
