We discussed in -i18n ML, but you said NOTHING about doc/ tree.

doc/ tree is for BOTH -current and -stable.

For this moment,  4-stable system does not support the new locale
name (ISO8859 etc.).  So, your repo-copy and commits broke
"make release" on 4-stable system.

Please take care of 4-stable system.
