	when using the serial to debug, and if the system panics,
	the db serial input is broken, most characters have to be
	typed more than once.

	the dmesg is in:

	the config is in:

	and there are flags all over to set the console speed to 38400
	(make.conf: BOOT_COMCONSOLE_SPEED?=38400)
