I"ve done/am doing this. All you need to do is setup you Win98 box with a proxy server. There are several..I use wingate from www.wingate.com...the *free* version. When you setup you UNIX box simply use the IP address of your proxy server and once configured, wingate will do the rest. If you need help just yell... :) Michael G.
