There is a driver for the winbond chip, it just hasn't been integrated
yet. I have a board which Hellmuth kindly sent me, but integrating the
driver requires cleanly separating the upper layers from the lower
layers in isdn4bsd and that means lots of work.

Don't hold you breath.

However, the driver does work if you don't mind using a non-standard
isdn4bsd setup. The author has been using it for quite some time. I
don't suppose he'd have a problem if I were to give it to you,
but you'll have to figure how to get it integrated by yourself. I
will not offer any support (because I haven't figured it out for
myself, yet :).
