It's not made it any worse.=C2=A0 I'm not using this adapter by choice - it=

a USB to Maxim (Dallas) one-wire bus adapter.=C2=A0 The manual used to stat=

that these are possibly the worst chips ever.=C2=A0 Is that still the=20
prevailing opinion?
