A couple of months ago when I bought my Compaq 1700, PIII laptop the onboard Conexant card was not even recognized. In the last couple of weeks it is now recognized and detects connecting a 10 or 100Mb cable correctly. I can Configure it with no problem but I am then spamed with the "dc0: tx rx" messages shown below. Does anyone have this working? It seems to almost be there.
