Use vipw, and change the shell line. If you don't like vi, if your using
csh/tcsh as your shell, just set your EDITOR variable, such as 'setenv EDITOR
joe/pico/ee/whatever'

That is a good question. I know this can be done with FTP, but can this be
done with telnet?
