Sejal, start by reading as much as you can stand, of course :).
(http://www.freebsd.org).  After that, erase your second partition.
There should be _unpartitioned_ space available before you begin your
FreeBSD install.  During the install, you will create partitions for
FreeBSD.  Good luck!
