The .pdb file is designed for use with iSilo on the Palm platform, see

for more details.  I'm not aware of WinCE viewer for the iSilo format.

I know that this is a proprietry format, and I will gladly accept patches
that use a converter that generates less proprietry output if 

   a) the converter runs on FreeBSD

   b) the Palm (and whatever else) reader is available for free, without
      nag screens

I'm not too familiar with WinCE devices myself.  Do they not have a standard
HTML viewer?
