I would have to agree with you.  IPFW is the reason I learned FreeBSD.  IPFW
is fairly straight forward to me.  However, I find that whenever someone
says ANY system is no good in general or it crashes a lot (his reference to
windows), the reason is normally their own inability to properly set it up.
