You're building in the wrong directory.  Use /usr/src/secure instead.
Kerberos is disabled by default, so theres nothing you need to do to
make it not build Kerberos support (MAKE_KERBEROS* is not a boolean
switch, it only tests the existence of the variable, not its
contents).

FYI, the only supported way to do this is to make world..if you screw
up, you're on your own :)
