Contact hackers@freebsd.org.  Your job will not be easy; you'll need to
give out some development units and hope that the alpha port has laid
enough groundwork for you to make the port happen.  

NetBSD may be a better target, however, since they already have a MIPS
port and are generally better built to deal with porting the OS to various
platforms.
