Assuming that you mean the standard FreeBSD boot tool, you just install Linux but don't let the installation install LILO. The boot tool recognizes DOS/Windows (FAT), Unix, Linux, BSD/OS, FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD partition types at this time. R.
