It's no longer required in 4.1-STABLE, and I dont think it was ever built
automatically by internat (it couldn't be built as a package by the
freebsd.org machines for legal reasons, the exact reason it was a port in
the first place). Either build the port by hand or consider upgrading to
4.1-STABLE
