the "nvidia" driver and not the unaccelarated "nv" driver (because I 
like to play "Unreal Tournament") :)

This should enable TV output for Germany, when using the S-Video cable. 
If you need TV settings from another coutries try googling for them 
(enter: "TVStandard TVOutFormat nvidia").
