If you were running -STABLE but are now running -CURRENT, make sure you
delete all the perl-related binaries out of /usr/bin or many
perl-related operations will fail.

I've sent requests for this to be added to the 4.x to 5.x section of
/usr/src/UPDATING, but nobody's looked at it so far.
