I thought about doing the entire xorg distribution, but didn't want to bloat with things I didn't want/need. I did have all the other pieces I needed, 'cept for the miscbitmaps. Oddly, I overlooked that when I was perusing /usr/ports/x11-fonts for my solution. Many thanks! All happy on this front now. .... but I'm wondering if miscbitmaps shouldn't be marked as a dependency for server? Thanks, - Christopher ======================
