Hi,

	I don't think you will be able to use a DX4 120, unless you your
motherboard can take a 40MHz CPU. I believe it is a clock trippled 40MHz
AMD486. I just replaced my DX2 66 with an AMD DX4 100 and am seeing about 
a 45% speed up.
