* Aehm, the Adaptec is normaly on ID 7 for narrow and ID 15 for wide. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I'm sorry, but that can't possibly be true. How is a wide adapter supposed to talk to narrow devices then? (Hint: narrow devices won't even see data lines 8-15, see http://scitexdv.com:8080/SCSI2/ for more.) Satoshi
