the handbook outlines the process and provides a shellscript
for creating a minimal system on a floppy that you can use
to restore from tape. it is up to you to create the minimal
kernel. the handbook contains an exampl minimal kernel.

since only one floppy is used--the kernel must be as small as
	possible.

look for "10.5.9.5. Emergency Restore Procedure" in the handbook
	at "http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook.html"
