Ah yes, I think I've seen one.  I'm sure it's not as good as a real
three-button mouse, and it's almost certainly more expensive.

You should get as comfortable a mouse as possible.  Mice, and
especially things like double-click, are responsible for a
disproportionate number of arm injuries.
