No; he means it's not necessary to start sysinstall.  Throw in
the CD, find the appropriate package file on the CD, and run
pkg_add on the package.  However, sysinstall looks nicer.

Of course, a whole bunch of compiler messages when compiling from
the source looks even nicer.  :-)
