<sys/param.h> now contains __FreeBSD_version.

So if you don't hear any shouts for removal in the next few days,
you've got a certain indicator.  If the symbol isn't in <sys/param.h>
you can assume you're building on 2.2 - 3.0 doesn't exist in any other
form than -current ;-)

I'll merge it to 2.2 'sometime later', so be sure to check the value,
though.
