I don't really see why this should be so, at least if the book is
included.  I've seen the things on sale at Borders, and they're mainly
books.

OK, one more time: 

  The man pages are going away.

Amusingly, they came in in the first edition (which was really the
second edition) in order to make the box feel heavier :-)
