OK, I have: root@time-> cat /usr/local/etc/sane.d/dll.conf hp root@time-> cat /usr/local/etc/sane.d/hp.conf /dev/pass2 And huzzah, it works! Sorta. :) I can at least see sane talking to my scanner now.
