For the record, it is. The flags passed through "boot" can also be
passed through "load", as in "load kernel -h". Using loader.conf
stuff, kernel_options="-h".

[For the sake of completeness...]

The last one above, only if loaded by loader. And, then, any file of
the type userconfig_script loaded will do.
