It is a Merit AAA Server. I am hoping to find connection information
from either this server, or from the dialup server. SNMP would work
form with the dialup server (though I only know how to query for uptime),
but I don't know to make RADIUS tell me this stuff.

The online info at www.merit.edu/aaa continues to be useful, though
I'll still need to contact aaa-support@merit.edu about the radcheck
output details.
