	Check the PR relating to the latest update of the kdebase.
	There were some modifications on the permissions of some files.
Unfortunaly, I was unable to verify if all of them were needed or if the
suid bit is safe on all those files.
	Nevertheless, you probably have either an old ports tree with an
old KDE 1.2 port or an old package.
	Just change the permissions according to the port file and
everything should be fine.
