Mhm, now I've disabled the soundcard and the lpt port in the bios.

At least it doesn't crash anymore, but now I get the following debug
messages on tty1:
|pccard: card inserted, slot 0
|ed1 at port 0x240-0x25f irq 5 slot 0 on pccard0
|ed1: address 01:d1:ff:04:d1:ff, type NE2000 (16 bit)
|logger: not found
|/etc/pccard_ether: not found
|DEBUG: Add mapping for /dev/cuaa0 to sl0
|<snip>
|ed1: device timeout
|ed1: device timeout

The MAC address doesn't looks that fine...

Kernel messages:
|pcic0: <Intel i82365> at port 0x3e0 iomem 0xd0000 irq 3 drq 0 on isa0
|pcic0: management irq 3
|pccard0: <PC Card bus -- kludge version> on pcic0
|pccard1: <PC Card bus -- kludge version> on pcic0

I'm using the 4.0 floppies from ftp.de.freebsd.org.
Any clues?

Cheers,
-sascha
