type '?' for a list of commands available, then '? <command>' for
help with each command.

some quick ftp hints:

use 'prompt' to automatically download files without prompting y/n
for each.

use 'bin' to make sure you download files in 'binary mode' otherwise
  they'll be corrupted if they aren't pure text.
