Browsing is its own little nightmare. Acutally the problem is that
the NT server needs to forward broadcasts to you since it's proxy-ARP'ing
for your IP address. Also make sure your workgroup is the same.

You should be able to connect to a machine via IP address, e.g.,
from the run menu: "\\123.45.6.7\folder".
