Well, that would depend on where you are, now wouldn't it :-)  And the 
information would be stale by the time I got it to you :-)

P.S.  Actually, knowing where you are means knowing what time it is to 
a very high degree of accuracy, which is why a time geek like phk
knows where he is because he always knows what time it is.
