It works as it should from the Perl's point of view.  It works as it
probably should from FreeBSD's point of view as well, though this is
debatable.

Term-ANSIColor is in the base Perl distribution of 5.6.0 (which is the
default Perl in -current).  So there is no point to install it in
/usr/local, since the older version in the distribution will be picked
up first.
