I think the "rawrite" dates back to earlier versions of Windows
whereas "fdimage"
is necessary for NT4 / W2K. I prefer to use "fdimage" because I
support a
number of clients with mixed FreeBSD / W2K / W9x systems & bit saves
me
needing to keep two different tools around when one will do the job..
