Immediate MFC justified as follows:

1) Change is backward compatible with previous behaviour.
I don't like the ugly way output is handled, but it does mean
that the message associated with NFS mounts remains unchanged.

2) Change was well tested locally.
There were only 4 permutations to test (no remote filesystems, NFS
only, smbfs only, NFS + smbfs)

3) Change prevents potentially disastrous results for administrators of
remote systems with no serial console.
It's pretty easy to assume that smbfs auto mounts in /etc/fstab will
be delayed until the network is configured.

Who do I ask for permission to merge this onto the RELENG_4_3 branch?

Ciao,
Sheldon.
