Okay, then you need to install any plugins in a certain directory
(~/.netscape/plugins, or /usr/local/lib/netscape/plugins, I think --
there should already be a 'null' plugin there).  They're not loaded by
the system dynamic linker, so you dont need to teach ldconfig about
them.
