I have the same card, actually two of them. One card is a "combo"
card with a 10-base2 (co-ax) and a 10-baseT (RJ45) connector, the
other card just the 10-baseT (RJ45).

When both cards boot they show the ep0 for the 10 Base-2, and ep1
for the RJ45 !!!

But the second nic has no 10 Base-2 connector !!

So I'd deduct that the chipset is the same for both cards but one
card was only fitted with a RJ45 connector, not the "combo"
connections like my first card.

When I was booting the card for the first time and say the dmesg
booting I said "Damm, I put the combo card in...." when I spun the
computer around it was NOT the combo card, hence I once again feel
these, or some of these 3c509 cards had "combo" chips despite only
having RJ45 connectors.
