I have the same problems with all of my ports. It's just what happens when 
you cvsup your ports collection. It seems that the installed packages then 
suddenly point to the new versions (the ones in the ports) of their 
dependencies.

Perhaps update your bsd.ruby.mk ? I dunno, I've seen bsd.ruby.mk-related 
problems show up in some traces as well. Just ignore them. I did. And I'm 
still here ;)
