Different versons of FreeBSD rotate the wtmp file at different rates,
and in different places.  Sometimes it's done in /etc/newsyslog,
sometimes in /etc/periodic/monthly/200.accounting.  Older copies of
wtmp should be named /var/log/wtmp.#
