I wouldn't call it a "wishlist" at all, because (a) the instructions for doing
it are already in the Handbook (which means that it's not a "wish;" nothing
needs to be coded) and (b) it certainly does qualify as a problem that so many
steps are required after the default install to assure basic security.  The
files and directories simply need to be shuffled, copied, and given
appropriate permissions and ownership on install, as per those instructions.
I'm not a committer, or I could submit the changes to the tree myself!
