Below is one of the typical rc.virtual statements that WILL NOT work with=
 the
4.6.2 RELEASE kernel:

/sbin/ifconfig fxp0 inet 206.30.56.8 alias
route add -host 206.30.56.8 127.0.0.1

Again, no error messages, no fireworks, no nothing!
