Okay, it looks like you don't have fontconfig and Xft properly
installed.  This is strange since Mozilla properly depends on them
unless you specify WITHOUT_XFT.

Can you install /usr/ports/x11-fonts/Xft, and see if that fixes things? 
IF you already have Xft and fontconfig installed, please reinstall them.
