Bah, it was discussed on re@ and we were going to do that, but it
seems it never got MFC'd.  I wonder what Murray used when he built
the ISO's though, since he doesn't use mkisoimages.sh (neither do I
for that matter).  When it was tested on the 4.7 release candidates,
there were very few failures and only on very, very ancient hardware.
