Only Juniper and Extreme routers don't seem to support this mapping, and 
our network infrastructure has been revamped a bit, so I can't reproduce 
this same setup now.

But with a few smaller scale queries I tried, it worked without problems; 
I think we can assume this has been fixed in the meantime, and the case 
can be closed.
