Hmmm... i'm not sure but i don't think so.

- the Tcl library is not required to build gnocl.
- ldd doesn't show any dependencies for Tcl in the builded gnocl 
  shared libraries.

Of course, the aim of gnocl is to be used from a Tcl program but, 
IMHO, that doesn't necessary mean that gnocl needs the Tcl library
installed.
