Put something like:

HTTP_PROXY=3Dhttp://proxy.example.com:3128

...into your shell environment or /etc/make.conf, depending.  You can =20=

also set fetch's environment specificly, and/or nest them, like:

#FETCH_ENV=3D     FTP_PROXY=3Dhttp://proxy:8080
