The patch in question can be found at:

However, it was commited on Sun Jun 12 15:42:36 GMT 2005. I'm not sure
what BST stands for:
British Summer Time  (UTC+01)
Brazil Standard Time (UTC-03)
Bering Summer Time   (UTC-11)

but in all cases it is before commit date and thereore
you should try to update /usr/ports and check portsdb -uU again.
